Delivery Information
HardCore Supplements uses An Post and General Logistics Systems (GLS) to deliver your orders safely.
If we do not have a product or flavour in stock, we will contact you to see if you’d like a refund or to take an alternative product or flavour.
Dispatch Times:
Ireland/Northern Ireland:
Delivery 1-2 Days (Monday to Friday). Delivered by An Post or GLS.
United Kingdom:
Delivery 3-7 Days (Monday to Friday). Delivered by Parcel Force. Delays may occur due to customs checks.
Expect additional customs charges. These may include VAT, Customs Duty, and Admin Fees.
E.U.:
Delivery times vary depending on your country. Expect up to 10 days. Delivered by GLS.

If the order is made before 2pm on a weekday, it will be dispatched that same day.
Delivery Notes:
To ensure we get your parcel delivered on the first attempt:
• Provide your most updated mobile or telephone number.
• Provide your most recent email address.
• Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel. This can be you, a friend, or a family member.
If that’s not possible, consider:
• Having your delivery sent to your workplace.
• Asking a trusted neighbour to sign for your package.

An Post Tracking/Change of Address/Redelivery:
An Post will send a text message with delivery details to the phone number provided.
For tracking updates, visit An Post’s tracking page or contact An Post Customer Services on 01 705 7600 (press 0, 0, and 2).
You can also use An Post’s webchat feature, available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 2pm on Saturdays, at An Post Help & Support.
Only you can change the delivery address, as you are the official owner of the parcel. This can be done through An Post’s Arrange Redelivery page.
Delivery Terms:
HardCore Supplements reserves the right to adjust shipping costs if they have been incorrectly selected. For example, if a UK or European customer selects the incorrect shipping charge, the correct amount will be added to their order during processing.
We acknowledge that delivery problems can sometimes occur. If your order arrives late, damaged, or not at all, we will ensure a replacement is arranged with minimal fuss.
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, and a €9.95 fee will apply if we arrange a collection on their behalf.
For legal reasons, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are present to sign for the parcel. HardCore Supplements, An Post, or GLS cannot be held liable for failed deliveries unless there is proven negligence.
We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.
