Returns Policy

At HardCore Supplements, we understand that things don’t always go to plan. That’s why we have an extensive, but not exhaustive, returns policy. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

1. Items Damaged in Transit

If any items arrive damaged in transit, please report it to us within two working days. If the damage is visible upon delivery, we recommend signing the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.

• You must email us at info@hardcoresupplements.ie before returning any goods, providing a reason for the return and photos if applicable.

• We must receive the damaged product within 30 days of purchase; otherwise, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Once we receive the returned item in full at our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund (excluding shipping costs).

2. Faulty Items on Arrival

If your item is faulty on arrival, you must inform us within four calendar days. Items should be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

• Once we verify the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund (excluding shipping costs) via your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We will test all returned items. If the item is found not to be faulty, we will return it to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Before returning any faulty goods, please email us at info@hardcoresupplements.ie with details of the issue and photos where applicable. We must receive the item within 30 days of purchase to process a refund or replacement.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about an item and wish to return it:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in ‘as new’ condition.

• We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, even if you do not like the taste.

Return Process:

• Notify us via info@hardcoresupplements.ie before returning any goods.

• You have seven calendar days from the date of notification to return the item at your own expense.

• Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund (excluding our original shipping and handling costs) to your original payment method.

This policy does not apply to trade customers.

4. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we are happy to exchange it.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be unopened and in its original condition.

• We cannot exchange or refund opened products for health and safety reasons.

• Please email us at info@hardcoresupplements.ie before returning the item.

5. Important Notes

Opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

• All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is in an unsuitable condition.

• Ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

6. Product Information & Manufacturer Claims

• We do not guarantee the effectiveness of any product sold on this site.

• Product descriptions are taken from manufacturer websites and we are not responsible for any claims made about the products.

• We strive to provide high-quality supplements and encourage customers to contact us with any queries or concerns.

7. Fraudulent Transactions

Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
