2. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will be dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

• While most orders are delivered the next working day, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Important Notes:

• Our couriers do not operate on bank holidays.

• If your order has not arrived within two working days after dispatch, please contact us at info@hardcoresupplements.ie.

4. Abandoned Cart / Cart Recovery Coupons

• Cart recovery coupons expire 5 days after being issued via email.

• The coupon is only valid for the items that were in the cart at the time it was abandoned.
